I think it's safe to say the Omega Speedmaster will go down as one of the most iconic watches in history. Introduced in 1957 as sports and racing chronograph, the Speedmaster solidified Omega's position as the official timekeeper for the Olympics to this day, Omega has kept many of their iconic features on their newer releases. The raised domed crystal, triple register chronograph layout and perfectly balanced dial proportion to name a few. With a history of being the first watch on the moon the Speedmaster has all the makings to make an all-time classic.

Omegas recently discontinued 1861 Speedmaster features of their famous 1861 movement (of course.) Which is an absolute workhorse and many would consider it one of the most reliable and efficient manual winding movements. With a power reserve of 48 hours and Omegas iconic 1861 bracelet this speedy is a true all-rounder. The big box is super impressive as well!

Proportionally at 42mm, the Speedmaster is unbelievably versatile and wearable. I find myself personally connecting with these watches. The Chronograph feature adds to my active lifestyle but is also versatile enough to wear in multiple settings. The new tapered 3861 bracelet looks to be a fan favorite really hugging the wrist and nylon strap to cover you if you’re looking to dress it up.
