Arguably one of the most quintessential references of Rolex’s offering since its development, the Datejust remains as an iconic, influential and elegant series - the first Rolex with an automatic date function. The Datejust has screened numerous appearances in movies and sports perhaps due to its proportion, quality and price.

Ref 16014 is highly collectible with its white gold bezel, linen dial, upgraded movement and aged original lume. The watch shows minimal signs of wear and clasp as tight as it is from original purchase in 1984 and kept under day-light. The piece comes with an extra set of NOS ‘New Old Stock’ Period-Matching Hands in case the new owner in future would like to swap over. Amongst the other iterations, I think the linen dial has a lot of depth and matching the summer time extremely well with perfect balance in both dress and non-dress occasions.
