Stowa has deep roots all the way into the late 1920s producing classic designs and mechanical pocket watches. 

A German manufacturer who are now known for reliable and simple chronographs and pilots watches at affordable prices. 

The 1938 Chrono is based on a early 1938 pocket watch design. Implementing a now versatile chronograph wristwatch.

Date function is very legible at 6 o’clock paired with quite a thick case design and 41mm case. Coming on a very versatile nylon strap and the ever reliable valjoux 7753, you cant go wrong with this classic chronograph. 

This watch is quite interesting from Stowa. Not quite your run of the mill sports chronograph but not a dressy one either. 

A very simplistic design with large numerals and perfectly proportioned sub dials. 

For those collectors who like subtlety and value for money chronographs this is it!
